Welcome to Your New Home

The houses we work with have a history. They are usually old structures carrying years of neglect. We work to rejuvenate them into beautiful homes, featuring all the comfort of modern builds while highlighting the charm and architectural details of their original state. Our homes come ready to unfold the stories of their new owners.

927 Linwood Avenue, Columbus, OH

We’re really excited to release our latest production!

It is a double brick with clean beautiful interior brick that can be exposed. We have stripped this house down, and in the process, taken out a dancing poll (Yes, really, from the living room area), as well as dozens of empty Champagne bottles used as part of the ‘entertainment’ that went on in this house.

History aside, this has been our most extensive renovation so far. This home now boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, exposed brick, and very innovative design to dazzle the new owner. The home has outdoor entertainment, a fenced back yard, and a new two-car garage.

This house made the local news and was featured on ABC 6 ON YOUR SIDE. Check it out in our press cuts!

864 Wilson Avenue, Columbus, OH

For countless years, this home was held as a rental… and slipped year by year into greater disrepair. While vestiges of its past glory were evident, years of neglect, tape, and even in some places chewing gum (!?), kept this house barely together.

A major part of restoring this house was deconstructing years of bad repairs, putting the home together as a new modern living space. Remodeled as part of our “cluster strategy”, this home gave us a lot of character to draw from.

Retro and contemporary… we were able to mix both together to create an interesting, modern living experience. We thought the kitchen was a bit small with this home, but in keeping with the character, we worked to create an experience that feels timeless, yet modern.

Another Wilson home: We have moved the revitalization of this street significantly forward.

Originally donated to a non profit, this home all the space a modern buyer is looking for, great lot and space for parking. As many in this neighborhood, it was held for years as a rental, and the condition showed the years of neglect. Once boarded up, it was vandalized.

Despite this, our team approached the home with an eye to maximizing the space it offered, focusing on the flow, and as always the living experience it could provide.

It’s another stake of revitalization on Wilson of which we are extremely proud, and from which we can continue to leverage neighborhood change.

1150 E Sycamore Street, Columbus, OH

A small house can be made to look spacious… and we would even go as far as stating it could be used to host Ohio State Football gatherings!

A dark red, stained carpet and a miniature kitchen greeted us the first time we entered this house. But there were windows, plenty of them.

Using the light, demolishing a few walls, and creating a free-flowing space, we have taken this home to a very different living space: 1150 E Sycamore Street now displays a very contemporary feel and provides the perfect house for those Saturday games!

1357 E Rich Street, Columbus, OH

This house had a unique history. Located next to another house we worked on, it was originally a needle drug house. We carted out 15 mattresses from the basement to the attic. The interior of the house was virtually destroyed, with the ceiling caving in and walls peeling paint. The porch was crumbling. Everyone thought we were crazy to try to save this home.

But our team felt it still had life, and with a lot of love and care, it could become a new, beautiful gem. We love the finished product!

This house made the national news and was featured on HGTV’s HOUSE HUNTERS. We are currently communicating with them to source the video directly from HGTV, and it will be added onto our In The Press page. Until then, you can view the future airing of the program directly on HGTV’s webpage.

1361 E Rich Street, Columbus, OH

This house was our first project on E. Rich Street, Columbus, OH. Boarded-up houses had become a common eye-sore in that neighborhood for years. Speaking with locals, we realized it was something they themselves were getting depressed about as well. We decided there could be another way, and so we took on to make it happen.

We bought this house as well as the neighboring house (1357 E Rich Street), and gave them a full makeover. In the process, we employed locals and ex-cons to give them the opportunity of a life overhaul as well. Many neighbors came to see us, delighted to witness the change of energy in their neighborhood, and to thank us for enabling it.

We got offers on this hose even before it was put on the market. Built in 1920, this house was 95 years old when it was sold to its proud new owner, and we hope it goes on for another 100 years at least!
